YMCA Staff Spirit Support
The Spirit Support Team was created to connect staff members who want to share good news or would like to make a prayer request. This form will be shared with staff that have agreed to serve on the Spirit Support Team
Employee Medical Benefits - United Healthcare
The United Healthcare Member Login portal provides access to personal medical plan details, claims information, and medical provider search tool.
Employee Dental - Cigna Dental
Log into the Cigna Dental web portal to gain access to all dental and claims information.
Employee Vision - Eye Med
Log into the Eye Med web portal to gain access to all eye care, view vision benefits, locate proviedors, print ID card and claims information.
Employee Assistance - IBH
Find access to various counseling services, financial planning tools, and Wellness education resources on the Work Life Matters portal. You will need to request a username and password from Human Resources to gain access to this service.
Employee Savings - YMCA Retirement Fund
View retirement contribution statements, sign up for a 403B savings accounts, and find great tips on saving on retirement on the YMCA Retirement Fund website.
Employee Pay Statement - ADP Workforce Now
View retirement contribution statements, sign up for a 403B savings accounts, and find great tips on saving on retirement on the YMCA Retirement Fund website. Employee self-service environment allows you to view your employment profile, download pay statements and W-2’s and update contact information within ADP’s Workforce Now employee portal.

All employees should have a username to access our business systems. If you don’t have a YMCA account yet please request your manager to complete the New User Request Form.
