How do I access ucflex/ESS from off campus?
Off campus, remote access to UCFlex/ESS (Employee Self Service) requires current and former employees to be on the UC network to better secure employee information. Download the AnyConnect VPN client to access UCFlex from off campus. For assistance, please contact the UCIT Help Desk at (513) 556-HELP or contact your local IT support.

UCPath is the University of California's HR and Payroll system.
How many digits are required to authenticate with UCPath?
Callers will be asked to authenticate with their eight- digit date of birth and the last four digits of their social security number. To ensure UCPath addresses employee questions or issues, callers must inform the UCPath associate if they are calling about an open inquiry.
How long is UC phone appointment?

When did UC change to UCPath?
Since all UC locations have transitioned to UCPath, AYSO made some changes that became effective December 4, 2020. Does UC have flexibility in withdrawing money from retirement?
To provide relief for faculty and staff affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, UC’s benefits rules have recently changed to provide greater flexibility in withdrawing or borrowing money from Retirement Savings Program plans and in making changes to benefits.
