The employees here are the best. We can laugh and have fun but also get our work done and give our customers the courtesy and respect that they deserve with a smile on our faces and mean it
My team was great
Lots of favoritisms here. HR doesn’t act when issues are brought up, and lots of things swept under the rug ran the highest volume district in the area, no compensation or praise for the extra tasks that took on.
Worst company I have ever worked for
This company can care less about their employees. All that matters is ego and profitability. In the upper management eyes, everyone is replaceable. There was No proper training or effort put in towards helping any staff grow and build.
Store level great. Uppers suck
Upper mgr doesnt care about employees or store managers at all. As long as u do their work for them and make them look good they dont care how tired u r
Stable work environment
Fin work environment that will always keep you busy. I will remember the crew I worked with for the rest of my life. Great workplace culture. Each day can bring its own unique sets of challenges.
Work
My typical day at work is I get there count my box either be a cashier in the front or in drive thru. I stay there for 3 or 4 hrs then eventually go on break.
Felt like a cult
Everything was amazing in the beginning. Once your ship was sinking, it was a struggle. They would say they were there for you to support you but they stabbed you in the back as soon as they would speak another word.
