What is included in the patient portals?
The patient portals for St. Peter's Health Partner provides you, our valued patient, online access to your health information from either an outpatient doctor's visit or an inpatient hospital stay. Health information may include blood test results, radiology results, your medical diagnoses, and more.
How do I log in to Healthstream as an employee?
St. Peter’s Health employees wishing to complete HealthStream courses from home can log on HERE. Your User ID is your employee ID number. If you are having trouble logging in, please call 406-447-2944 or email jhoechst@sphealth.org for further assistance.
How to reset patient portal password?
Your log on ID and password can be reset by using the links on the Patient Portal logon page. This will also unlock a locked Patient Portal. When these requests are made the information entered must match your Patient Portal account. If you need assistance, please contact Patient Portal Support.
What is a patient portal registration form?
An individual Patient Portal Registration Form is a legal document completed by by an adult patient giving St. Peter's Health permission to create a Patient Portal.
How to find medical record number?
Keeping your health care information private and secure is of the utmost importance. Medical Record Numbers will not be provided by email or over the phone. Your Medical Record Number starts with an “M” and looks like M000055555. The entire number (including zeroes) needs to be entered when using it to sign up for Patient Portal on-line. Please note, you must be 18 years and older or emancipated to sign up for a Patient Portal.

St. Peter's Health Partners has transitioned to a new patient portal – Trinity Health MyChart – to better meet your needs. Any new information from visits to a St. Peter's Health Partners doctor’s office or hospital from May 8 and beyond, including prescription refills, visit notes and lab results, will now be in your new MyChart patient portal.
