How to access employee self service?
Employee Self-Service (ESS) is accessed via the Administrative Application and Resources (AAR) portal under HR System. Please note: to access Employee Self-Service, you must be on the campus network either physically or through the Pulse Secure VPN. Access to the campus network requires DUO dual authentication.

How to access the self service portal?
- Open web browser and login to self-service portal. [You can also click on either the Forgot your password? or Account locked down? button]
- Click Mobile Access button.
- Scan the QR code provided in the pop up to automatically configure the mobile app.
