What is NMC wellness?

NMC’s HealthyÜ Wellness Program works to inspire and empower employees and their families to live healthier lives. We provide an array of activities and services to help you maintain or develop a healthy lifestyle you can be proud of. Free on-site therapeutic massages, on-site exercise classes, access to CSA shares, and so much more are offered. HealthyÜ is a voluntary wellness program in which employees and spouses complete core components such as biometric screenings, health assessment survey and wellness coaching with Certified Wellness Coaches to receive monetary incentives and health insurance premium discounts. Eligibility: All employees are encouraged to participate in wellness offerings. Full Time and Part Time employees are eligible for incentives and health insurance premium discounts.

What is NMC vacation?

NMC offers a generous earned time off program that combines vacation time, holidays and sick time and personal days into one account to give you great flexibility and control in the management of your paid time off. Eligibility: Full Time and Part Time employees.

NMC is pleased to offer a comprehensive vision plan for employees which includes eye exams, prescription glasses, including frames and lenses, contact lenses, plus savings on laser vision correction. Eligibility: Full Time, Flexible Full time and Part Time employees.

As Northwestern Medical Center’s Senior HR Advisor, Erin uses her extensive knowledge of healthcare human resources to support all workforce functions at our community hospital. Erin joined NMC in 2012 and quickly emerged as our HR lead, earning herself the role of Senior Advisor.

Alisha joined the Northwestern Medical Center family in 2018 as the Business Liaison. Alisha’s ability to forge lasting connections and relationships resulted in her promotion to Physician Recruiter in 2020. Alisha has a strong sense of community and enjoys getting to introduce both NMC and the St.

Sarah joined Northwestern Medical Center in 2012 as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. In 2017 Sarah became the newest member of the Human Resources team as an HR Advisor. Sarah is an active member of our organization and the community where she lives with her family – she is a lifelong resident of Franklin County.
