Mechanical insulator

No drive time pay even though youre expected to drive their truck and take their material/ladders to and from the jobsite. They tried to force me to give a co worker a ride to and from work becauae he didnt have a car.keep in mind that he didnt live anywhere near me or the shop.

Excellent management by don ell

Great company to stay with in the long term.great management, excellent benefits,no stress ,all proper pipe and tools supplied by managers.i sometimes think I should have stayed there.i would be sitting pretty good financially now with a good management job.

I would work for them again

The down turn in the oil field cost many of us our jobs, I was one of them. There are problems, but thatbis trues of any company. Lots of long term employees that feel entitled, the feel they did enough 30 years ago that it should cover them no matter what, the problem is that they seem to be correct .

Always looking out for safety and benefit for employees

This company is great on mentoring and pushing their employees for the better for them self and the company, they drive on making sure our clients have the best Representative at their disposal with training and meetings.

Good work

Liked working with the other people that I worked with. Had good quality of work place and enjoyed learning more about work at hand and doing different things each day

I liked miller

Miller was a great company to work for as far as there was always work. There was minimal opportunity for advancement. And the pay scale was very low. There was no room to grow my skills. The people were great to work for though and it was enjoyable.

Good company overall

Good company overall. Has its challenges like any company out there. Salaries and benefits are competitive. Management cares about employees, but the culture could use some work - especially in working towards common goals.
