The Institute also provides a Retiree Medical Plan benefit to any IHP employee who is of retirement age, and has a vested accrued benefit under the Cash Balance Retirement Plan or Academic Annuity Plan (APP).
Does MGH offer tuition remission?
The Institute offers tuition remission for employees to take courses at the MGH IHP. Employees must be benefits eligible, in good standing, and employed for least 2 years. This program also extends to dependents of employees who are under the age of 27.
