Great pay and lots of overtime but extremely stressful
Working in the main plants were alright but once you are in Receiving it's a nightmare. There is only 3 Receiving Operators and a Lead. People call out very often and the speed at which both plants run makes it to where you have to flume at a high and consistent rate otherwise they run empty.
Horrible place to work
One of the worst places I’ve ever had the misfortune to work, nothing about this place makes for a comfortable or engaging place to work HR is a joke same with management do your self a favor and apply else where.
Good place if you want to have no life
Not the best place to work to many hours over work people . Cause every new employee to quit and they don’t approve vacation quick Most of time delay you because short staff
pay is good but job is demanding and fast paced
Pay is good, very good job security, but they will work you hard and it is not a safe work environment even though they talk about safety is #1 all the time. I was hurt with a shoulder injury that hasn't healed for about 4 years so far and still not healing.
A company that truly cares about its employees and the products being produced!
Fantastic experience at this company and would recommend it. Company really cares about its people. Invests in their people. Promote within to those that deserve it. Training is very important and so is food safety!!!!!
Decent place to work at with decent benefits but not much room for career advancement
Decent place to work at. I worked as a hyster driver and lead and both positions were decently payed but still slightly below other competitors. Management in my place of work wasn't great and on my last year there there was some pretty high turnover. Overall its a decent place to work for a factory job.
Sacrifice everything for the sake of production and profits
The expectation as a low level plant supervisor (TLP) is that you sacrifice everything for the sake of production and for the company at the promise of getting promoted. Not properly compensated for overtime especially while on special projects.
