Productive and fun work place
A good place to work, nice staff. A flexible schedule if you have other stuff to do which is great. And free cookies 🍪 🤗.
Bike Delivery
I worked as bike delivery for Insomnia. Overall good job tips are fair, do not expect cash tips majority show up in your paycheck. My best advice is keep good relationships with coworkers and management and everything will be smooth.
Not worth the stress or drama
Not worth anything you will never be ok emotionally or physically. If you work you will be taken Advantage of. You will have kids causing drama and lots of issues with all management even up to the top
Easy work for okay pay
Working for insomnia is pretty easy if you have a good store manager. It’s a hybrid store so the drivers are taught to bake & FOH (if you want). It’s a solid place to work, but how much you make truly depends on location.
It was an easy job but always short staffed, no breaks, and long hours
Baking is easy but there are times where you have huge orders. Manager would not stock up before leaving. No communication
Extremely easy
Very easy job, nothing is hard to learn. Management does a decent job of teaching you everything. Only downside I had was the lack of communication between schedules.
Great for college students
Insomnia Cookies is a great place to work for any college students in the area. Scheduling is usually very accommodating, and if anything comes up, it’s usually pretty easy to get someone to cover a shift. Management has historically been pretty lax, which is great at keeping the job low stress.
