What scholarships are available for HCA Healthcare employees?
Scholarship opportunities are also available. The program provides a monthly benefit of $100 for eligible full-time colleagues and $50 for eligible part-time colleagues. The HCA Healthcare Student Loan Assistance Program is a pilot and subject to change at any time.
Who can donate to the HCA Education Fund?
HCA employees, vendors, affiliated physicians and the general public can make tax-deductible donations to the fund. A variety of employee education courses can be taken from the comfort of your home.

Does HCA Healthcare offer tuition discounts?
HCA Healthcare has partnered with Western Governors University to offer educational opportunities to affiliated employees. HCA Healthcare employees are eligible for a 10% tuition discount. Scholarship opportunities are also available.

iOS is now supported with hCare Access after updating to the new version of Citrix Receiver in the App Store.
For Employees
Simplified Remote Access (SRA) is a way for employees and vendors to quickly, easily, and securely access the HCA network from outside the hospital. Users will no longer need security tokens to connect to the hospital systems; instead, they will use a 3-4 ID and password.
Using the Web Portal on a non-shared PC (work or home)
This is the easiest way to utilize HCAhrAnswers services. Visit HCAhrAnswers.com from any PC or tablet
Using the Portal from a mobile device
While you’re on the HCAhrAnswers Portal, you can set up access from your smartphone or tablet. Just click on the link on the home page and follow the instructions. NOTE: Mobile access is provided for your convenience, and HCA won’t reimburse you for any time or data charges from your carrier to use the service.
Calling the HCAhrAnswers toll-free phone number
You’ll be given several topic choices. These include options to reach Time Away From Work (Sedgewick) for absence or leave reporting, BConnected for benefits questions, or others directly to save you time.
Accessing the Portal using a shared computer terminal
You can use shared workstations (sometimes called “Genshare” terminals with “tap and go” login) to access HCAhrAnswers… subject of course to patient care needs.
