What does the goodwill Career Services Department do?
The Construction team provides overall building maintenance for all Goodwill locations. Members in this department are responsible for window washing, updating and remodeling current stores, and preparing new stores for grand openings. Our Career Services team works directly with job seekers at our no-cost career centers in Arizona and Maryland.

What is Goodwill's transportation department?
It provides transportation services to all of our retail stores and donation centers, delivering product to stores, and transporting processed merchandise and recyclable materials to our Retail Operations Center (ROC).

Did you know we divert millions of pounds of material from going directly into our state’s landfills each year? We resell your no-longer-needed items, turn them into much-needed job preparation and employment connections, and fight unemployment in Arizona. What we can’t resell, we recycle at our Retail Operations Center in Phoenix.
