What is Frontline ID?
Once your district upgrades to the Frontline Insights Platform, you will receive an email invitation to create a Frontline ID account. This new username and password will replace any former login credentials and allow you to access all your Frontline applications with a single username and password.
Why can't I log into Frontline?
Do not rely on any saved sign-in credentials if you begin to encounter a sign-in problem. Instead, go to your sign-in page and manually type your ID/username and PIN/password. If a problem persists, use a different web browser to sign in to your Frontline application.

How do I reset Frontline?
If you select I forgot my password, the system will prompt you to enter the username affiliated with your Frontline ID account. Enter this username and click Continue to receive an email through the address affiliated with your Frontline account. This email will contain a reset link where you can create a new password.
How do I cancel a job on Frontline?
Choose a cancellation reason from the dropdown box provided. Then, click Yes, Cancel Job to confirm. After you have canceled the absence, you will see a pop-up letting you know the absence has been successfully cancelled. Dismiss the pop-up by clicking the X.
How do I delete my Frontline account?
To inactivate your account, click the picture icon in the top right corner of the page and choose Settings from the drop-down menu. This selection will open the "My Account" page. Click Account Status on the left side. Review your account settings and click on Inactive at the bottom of the page.
