What is the maternity leave policy at FMC?
This policy provides eligible employees with a period of paid time off and a period of unpaid time off for activities related to the care and bonding of their newborn or adopted child. Dependent Care Leave - FMC provides up to four days of 100% Paid Dependent Care Leave per calendar year to eligible employee.
What benefits does FMC offer?
The highest benefits are paid if network providers are used. All medical options also offer prescription drug coverage. You can obtain your prescriptions through a national network of retail pharmacies or through Home Delivery (for up to a 90 day supply of maintenance type medications). FMC employees have a choice of two dental coverage options.
What are my health insurance coverage options at FMC?
Coverage generally begins on the first day of employment, including eligible dependent coverage. FMC employees have a choice of three medical coverage options: Gold, Silver and Bronze Plans. Silver and Bronze Plans are eligible for a Health Savings Account (HSA). FMC contributes to the Health Savings Account to both Silver and Bronze Plan.
