It's a staffing company and basically they do their best to place and assist you on the job but in the end it's the company in which you are working for whether you stay or not, not Energeo Staffing.
Sales person disrupts daily work production
I actually loved my job. Very stressful atmosphere though. Sales person disrupts daily work production with personal business but actually has the most power and runs the company. The office manager is a working manager but has no power. Management is unprofessional and embarrassing when meeting with clients, according to employees and clients.

The Energeo Management Team appreciates your feedback. The sales person is known for disruption as she loves to have fun with the team. She does get asked to leave at times—but, fun is needed sometimes in this hectic environment.
Chaotic
No set schedule, except for me, people came and went as they pleased..turn over was pretty high... by the end I was staffing people for positions and letting people go... and I was just the receptionist.
Good Company
They will place you on a assignment fast. Pay is not the best but consistent.
company is great to work for
I would start my day by being greeted by my team lead and given our assignments for the day. I felt comfortable about asking any question that I had and if the answer wasn't available my team lead would get it for me as soon as they could.

I might have spent 60-90 minutes n the Energeo office. I was placed on what we thought was a 3 day assignment to help a contractor set up a security system. The manager asked me if I would be willing to finish out the week helping him with various tasks.
