Single Sign On

Beginning with the Alio 20.1 release, a Single Sign On function is available. If this function is implemented by your district, an employee with an Alio user account may access Employee Service Portal (ESP) directly from Alio.

Two Factor Authentication

Two Factor Authentication provides a second layer of security to the ESP software solution. When Two Factor Authentication is implemented in Alio, the user must complete these steps to log in to ESP:

After creating an ESP user account (or receiving a user account from your ESP administrator), follow these steps to log in to Alio ESP.

Logging out of Alio ESP

Click your User Name > Log Out link in the upper right corner of the page.

Mask Update for the Avoyelles Public Schools

Effective October 28, 2021, (tomorrow), wearing masks in the Avoyelles Public Schools will be optional. Masks will still be required on our buses because we are under a Federal mask mandate for transportation, until January 2022. Masks will be available on our buses and in our schools. We will continue to watch our COVID numbers carefully.
