DDI is the most unorganized and genuinely mismanaged agency for developmental disabilities on Long Island. If you're an employee, unless you're high up on the chain, you don't matter to them. Ideas and suggestions are shot down, people are scared to speak up in meetings, questions are deferred to many different people before you get an answer. Upper management is extremely uneducated, yet treats anyone below them as scum.
