Contractor, not FTE
Low job security as a contractor. Full-time employees (FTE) would have solid job security. Nice new facilities and great work space (where I worked). The plant is relatively quiet and clean (in most areas, some less so) for most automotive factories I've worked in.
Loved the company
It’s just a great place to work with a good work/life balance. 4 weeks vacation every year, 1 week of sick days, volunteer time off days and emergency days. Great benefits as well
Management
They hire bad supervisors who have no clue what they’re doing. They don’t know anyone by name even after working for a year. When something breaks down they don’t know who to call out from skill trades to fix it.

It was a good company to work for with a lot of vacation. I felt like many of the engineers were overworked but I was just an intern so what do I know.
Great place to work
It’s a great place to work but the mandatory overtime could become monotonous. The supervisors are very caring and supportive. The 401k is wonderful.

poor management
Certain people are picked and set to advance. One manager I had is now in charge of the plant and he is incompetent and does not advance or promote women. I did have a women manager that did nothing but plan vacations. She allowed certain, favorite Reman employees to work when they wanted - never worked 40 hrs but was paid.
