Best job I ever had
Cw and the asphalt plants is the best job iv ever had I with the guys and all the plants and how we work as one helping each other out and how close the employees in the cw Matthews workplace is man I'll never find a job like that one I loved every bit of it and how I was treated when I was there
Por management and unfriendly bosses
Good pay and benefits and raises come quick. But after you top out you're stuck there unless you get promoted. Promotions do not come to most. The managers don't want to teach you. They let the lead man take charge and don't want to teach anyone even when the lead man is terrible and they know it.
Great place
I moved far away or I would go back to work there. It's a great company to work for. Big corporations. I love doing road work. I've done that kind of work for half my life.
Great career starter
good working environment. its also hard and hot. my time there was great. I just wish it was more job security there. but they give you great opportunity to learn and climb the ranks its really up to you and they give raisies ever year its up to you what you get so learn much as possible.

Be on time work hard and you will be paid and the holidays are the best paid time or dbl pay to work that week on a plant can't beat it co workers are ok every body helps you learn your job all a round good company.

Get alot done
Cared about employees and gave them something to work forward and actually was a career. Had bonuses raises every 90 days. New and nice equipment and safety was their number one priority.
