These changes are effective Saturday, June 12, 2021.#N#Employees who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms should contact their primary care provider for evaluation, regardless of their vaccination status. If you are unable to report to work, you are responsible for contacting your supervisor as you would with any other illness.#N#If your primary care provider recommends COVID-19 testing or a respiratory panel that includes COVID-19 testing, you should notify your supervisor and Employee Health and not report to work while waiting for test results.
