CCMH is switching to a new patient portal, from RelayHealth to FollowMyHealth as our patient portal of choice starting June 16, 2020.
How do I connect to Comanche County Memorial Hospital through FollowMyHealth?
If you are already a FollowMyHealth portal user, you can request a connection to Comanche County Memorial Hospital by selecting “Connect a Health Source” and choosing Comanche County Memorial Hospital once you have logged in to your FollowMyHealth account.

Do you have to wear a mask at CcmH?
CCMH still requires everyone who enters the hospital or clinics to wear a mask. Only procedure masks or N-95 masks are allowed. No cloth masks, bandanas, gaiters, etc. will be permitted. The temperature screenings at the entrances and our current visitation policy are still in effect at the hospital.
