Well paid job with good benefits
Money was great, checks cleared. Seven days a week working was expected. Start out on nights, could typically last up to five or more years to go to days.
lots of hours
very demanding job. can make a lot of money if you want to work the hours. the machinery very complex hard to work on. high employee turnover. would not go back to work there.
Productive and friendly workplace
A typical day of work would be productive, team work, friendly, and etc. The atmosphere was always friendly and full of smiles. It was important to carefully examine each patient documents before filing and scanning, My manager was very much involved. Always gave feedback on my performance. It wasn't anything hard about my job.
Hard dirty work with decent pay, decent benefits
Typical day here is coming in a tad early getting updated on status of the job currently running or being setup to run, making sure everything is ready for the next job or jobs to be ran next, keeping work area clean at all times.
Not a place to consider if you enjoy family life
Overall a simple job. Job is made complicated by workers and management. You find yourself doing other people's jobs as well as your own. Hours are long, overtime is often, and family life is short.
great job not very good people
the overall job was great the only problem was a lot of other employees there are just terrible people. lots of overtime and great advancements for more money.
The most enjoyable part of the job
The staff were wonderful to work with. I enjoyed being able to work independently with attorneys confidant enough to trust in my abilities to do so.
Loved my patients, the MHW 3s and up are terrible
Only join this job if you have a passion for mentally ill patients, I do which is why I took it. I hate I left my patients because I truly grew a bond with most of them. But staffing is TERRIBLE.
Not so bad of a place to work
It's a psych hospital. I honestly did not have any bad experience working there. The health benefits are phenomenal. The only problem I had is sometimes you don't get time off requested. It's a great opportunity and experience for anyone.
Nothing
Giving up your life. Everyone is hateful. You can't grow there unless your heartless and don'tinf neglecting. Your trapped. Your in jail also. No protection. You need protection from security.
Overworked
Nurses are overworked especially LPNS. The only thing yhe LPNS for all day is pass medicines and treatments while the RNs, do most of the paperwork. There is not a real sense of teamwork with the RNs and LPNs, and that's to the detriment of the patient.
Nothing it's a stressful job
Bryce is not a good place to work for they make false statements on u. The good deeds u do go un notice. If u not friends with the higher up people u get treated like nothing
Great benefits
Bryce can be a very demanding job mentally and physically. So many messy employees and supervisors talk try to talk to you any kind of way. They have a system called mandatory which makes you work 16 hour shifts if someone calls in ( this can happen 2 to 4 times out of your 6 day or 5 day work schedule.
Interesting job at Least
The morning shift were good. The techs were great on my unit. The pay wasn't great for a new LPN nurse but it was doable. The insurance was great. The work wasn't hard.
