What is Brookdale 401(k) plan with matching contribution?
401 (k) Retirement Savings Plan with matching contribution – Brookdale will make a matching contribution equal to 25% of your elective deferrals each Plan year quarter. Brookdale will not match your elective deferrals in excess of 4% of your Compensation each Plan Year quarter.

Even good people sometimes fall on hard times, and when those people are our fellow team members, we pitch in. That’s why we created the Associate Compassion Fund. The Associate Compassion Fund provides financial assistance to Brookdale associates who are dealing with a catastrophe or personal crisis outside of their control.
