What is a level 2 host at Biltmore?
In addition, the Level 2 host is responsible for notifying management of any guest service issues that may arise, will make certain that the restaurant is properly prepped for service at all times, and assist with VIP arrangements. The Host II will also provide general assistance and support for the department, leadership, and company.
How many hours does a housekeeper work at the Biltmore Inn?
Full Time: a position averaging 35+ hours per week. The Housekeeping Houseperson at the Inn on Biltmore Estate is responsible for assisting and supporting room attendants in the maintenance and cleanliness of guest areas and rooms in accordance with both hotel and four star/diamond standards. Duties include, but are not limited to: removal and storage of dirty linen and trash from room attendant carts and hallways; providing room attendants with timely service and clean materials; and handing guest deliveries to rooms and special requests.
How many hours does a night cook work at Biltmore?
Full-time employees are expected to work a minimum of 1,820 hours (approximately 35 hours/week or more) throughout the year. Overtime may be available based on business levels and operational needs. The Overnight Cook is responsible for preparing food products that represent Biltmore’s standards for all dining, banquet and a la carte services during the third shift (12:00 AM to 8:00 AM). Cooks are generally charged with responding to in-room dining request, food and pantry preparation, as well as banquet and buffet production. The success of this position will be measured by guest satisfaction, cleanliness, organization, product quality, consistency and timeliness of service.
What is a retail fulfillment supervisor?
The Retail Fulfillment Supervisor will oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution of goods sold by the Retail Fulfillment Center. The goal is to ensure productivity targets are achieved and all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly. The Supervisor will ensure the efficient and cost effective operation of the shipping department and work closely with the Guest Services Supervisor to achieve revenue and service goals for the business unit. In addition, this position will provide general assistance and support for leadership, the department, and company as required.

The incumbent will also provide general support and assistance to the leadership, department, and company.
How many hours does an estate public area attendant work?
Flex: a position working between 20-29 hours per week (between 1000 - 1559 hours/year). Estate Public Area Attendants will be responsible for contributing to a world class experience for guests by keeping assigned public areas free and clear of litter, dirt, and debris. Duties include but not limited to: picking up litter around various estate parking areas; blowing leaves; emptying trash cans; helping guests; and helping team with other cleaning tasks. In addition, Attendants will provide general assistance and support for the department, leadership, and the company.
