This is a service provided to people that are looking to explore and develop their employment skills. Volunteer activities are coordinated based on interests, strengths and abilities. AIM Services utilizes a Ready, Set, Work curriculum to further enhance the skills that are learned while volunteering in the community.
What is intensive job?
Intensive – focuses on job development and supporting you on interviews, resume development, and obtaining a job. Extended – focuses on maintaining competitive integrated employment. Activities can include learning new skills, co-worker relationships and communicating with your supervisor.
