AHN Plus makes it easy to establish care with a PCP. Please call the New Patient Access line at (541) 789-1234, and we’ll help you select a provider and get you scheduled with your first appointment.
Is a PCP required for AHN Plus?
Selecting a primary care provider (PCP) is not required under AHN Plus. However, there are many benefits to having a PCP. This provider is the expert in working with you to manage your overall health, and when needed, they will coordinate your care with specialists.
