Who is responsible for the training of 7-Eleven employees?
Under the terms of your 7-Eleven Store Franchise Agreement, you are an independent contractor, solely responsible to control the manner and means of the daily operation of your store, including the training of store employees.
What health insurance does 7-Eleven offer?
For full-time employees and their eligible dependents, 7‑Eleven offers a high deductible health plan with optional HSA and a copay style plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you elect medical coverage, you also are eligible for prescription drug coverage. A vision plan is available for full-time employees as well.
